With the Law No. 6493 on "Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions", which entered into force in 2013, the legal framework for electronic payment methods was drawn.   • Within the scope of Law No. 6493, managing the activity permit process at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey for institutions wishing to provide services in the field of payment services
