Sonmez Law was established in 2020 for freelance expert lawyers to operate in different legal disciplines. Our team includes 8 lawyers, 4 of whom are partners; in addition, we have a professional support team of 12 people.
Our main practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity funds, capital market transactions, commercial and administrative litigation, international arbitration, competition law, labor law, and tax legislation. Apart from these areas, our public and private law department deals with unique cases.
