About Us
Sönmez Hukuk was established in 2020 to provide freelance specialised lawyers in different legal disciplines. Our team consists of 8 lawyers, 4 of whom are partners, and we have a professional support team of 12 people.
Our practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investment funds, capital market transactions, commercial and administrative litigation, international arbitration, competition law, labour law and tax legislation.
